I have discovered many gifts and talents in the last few years. Although having studied Fine Art and Drama to a BA (HONS) Degree level in the early 1990's, my journey of discovery started in 2003, when I was able to take up painting again. Since 2003, I have exhibited regularly in solo exhibitions in the UK and overseas in Oman and Dubai. I sell my artwork and have clients all over the world. However, more importantly I have discovered that if you follow your dream and live your passion that doors open up and opportunities arrive. I am now a Life Coach, helping others to follow their dreams because I know the incredible life I have manifested for myself is available for everyone. We can all live the life of our dreams once we let go of the limiting beliefs, self-repeating negative tapes and sometime the well meant but inaccurate advice from friends and family.

When I was very young, my passion was to play with colour; to express my emotions through painting; to explore and experiment with vibrant, bold and brave images.
Then I had to grow up and get a ‘proper job’. My spirit began to sink; my passion for life began to fade; my soul became quieter. I felt an underlying sense that I was not using my full potential. Without painting in my life, I attracted discord, frustration and stress.
In 2003, I moved overseas and so had the perfect opportunity to paint again. I started to paint portraits in bold, brave colours, ‘in your face’ faces that captured more than a likeness. I reactivated my desire to play with colour was and my spirit began to lift. Within a month of completing my first portrait, several commissions followed. I started painting camels and scenes from Arabic culture too. These also proved popular and I soon received numerous camel commissions!
I was enjoying my journey back to painting, but I discovered it was much more. By following my passions and dreams, I felt complete. It felt right; it was exciting, uplifting and rejuvenating. External forces seemed to be driving me. As well as portraits and camels I paint dancers. The dancers express the joy of living and are full of crystals and glitter to bring an added sparkle to life's rooms. I pour the paint onto the canvases as I play loud music, sing, and dance my way around my studio.
The dancers show how I feel about painting, about following my dreams and passions. I believe they also show others that you can do whatever it is that makes your soul sing. Once you start to follow your dreams, you will allow guidance and support, from the Universal energies. Your heart’s desire is there – you just have to reach out and ask.
I have to paint, I particularly have to paint my bold, energetic dancers as they express my emotions and allow me to once again explore and experiment to produce vibrant, bold and brave images, as I had wanted to do at the beginning.
Since writing my book, I have directed my energies towards helping others achieve their dreams than to painting. However, I do have many new works in the
