Nancy Rhodes Harper has been painting since the age of five, a very long time. Growing up the Ozarks,USA with a sign painter father she was exposed to art and paint every day. Nancy always wanted to b a painter. Graduating from UCA in Arkansas with a degree in Art Education helped to further her journey to where she is today. She is represented by brick and mortar galleries as well as many online galleries. Nancy has a strong presence on the internet with her blog and Facebook. Her main concentration these days is in the daily painting genre. Doing small 6x6 paintings of simple everyday people and objects is her joy.
It is my goal and joy in life to interpret people, places and things into a simple way with oil paint and canvas that people will find as interesting and exciting as I do capturing a single moment in time.
