Nancy R.M.Whitin has studied with the Silvermine Guild, RISD, and the Newport Art Museum. She has been invited to participate in the 2012 Pastels by Invitation Exhibition: An Intimate Group of Nationally Recognized Pastelists held in Chatham, MA. Nancy is also honored to have been selected as one of the ten artists invited to participate in the 2012 invitational exhibit Our Shared Planet, examining animals as the inspiration for art, at the Parsons Gallery, The Lexington Arts and Crafts Society in Lexington, MA. Currently, she is painting with the Bow House Studio Artists.
